 Thank you for your interest in our cattery! We are excited to help you find the perfect kitten to join your family. Joining our Waiting List is completely free until you decide to place a deposit on a kitten.   

We accept a very limited number of applicants on our Waiting List per season, so please only fill out our application if you are serious about adopting a Maine Coon kitten.

This process helps us ensure that those who are ready and committed to bringing home their new Maine Coon Kitten have a secure and fair chance to choose from one of our upcoming litters.

Below is a step-by-step explanation of how our Waiting List works and how to join it. 

1.  Fill Out Our Application: To begin the process, you must complete our Application Form. This helps us understand your preferences and ensures that we have a good idea of who you are and how our babies will be living at their new homes.
2. Application Review & Contact: Once we receive your application, you will find an email from us letting you know that we will reach out to you after we have had time to review your application, or if our Waiting List is currently full. If our Waiting List is full, you will automatically be added to a contact list that will receive priority notification of when we open our Waiting List again. 
3. Waiting List Placement: After we’ve discussed your preferences, and everything aligns, we will place you on our Waiting List for our next season of upcoming litters. 

• Kittens' Availability: When our kittens are around 4-8 weeks old, we will begin reaching out to those on our waiting list. At this time, we will inform you about the available kittens and their details. Those who have Priority Pick will be scheduled first.  
• Facetime or In-Person Visit: We will give you the option to schedule a Facetime call or visit the kittens in person when they are at least 5 weeks old. This will allow you to meet the kittens, ask any questions, and make your decision.
• Placing a Deposit: Once you’ve selected a kitten, you will have the option to place a non-refundable deposit of $600 to secure your choice. This deposit must be made within 1 week after we have contacted you. If you do not place the deposit within that time frame, the kitten will be made available to the next person on the waiting list or posted on our social media.
• Skipping Your Chance:  If you choose not to put a deposit down on a current kitten available based on your preferences, you can keep your place on the waiting list for the next available kittens. You must respond and let us know this is your request, or we will consider your spot forfeited. After skipping your chance to place a deposit a second time, you will be moved to the end of the waiting list.
• Priority Picks: The option to have the first or second pick from a new litter is available with an additional fee paid towards priority on our waiting list. Please specify your interest in this option on your application, and email us separately to discuss. We will only allow one first and second privilege pick per litter. •  By placing the $600 deposit, you agree to our sales contract, which serves as a receipt for the deposit. This contract outlines all terms and conditions of the sale. The Terms and Conditions are available here on our website and should be read through thoroughly before placing a deposit.
• Ongoing Communication: Once you’ve placed your deposit, we will maintain consistent communication with you, providing regular updates on your kitten’s progress, vet visits, and any important information as needed. You will also receive picture updates so you can follow your kitten’s growth and development.
• Pick-Up Timeframe: Kittens can be picked up between 12-14 weeks of age. We will coordinate with you to schedule the pick-up once the kitten is ready to go home.

• Occasionally, we may have older kittens or adult cats available for adoption. These could be kittens that were previously intended for our breeding program but are no longer needed, cats that have been retired from our breeding program, or kittens whose previous buyers backed out.
• If we have any older kittens or cats available, we will inform you after you fill out your application. You will have the option to choose from our available adults or older kittens before being added to the waiting list for future litters.
